Global Outreach Initiatives
Rev. Michelle Hubbard Ministries is involved in global outreach that focuses on helping people express their unique voice of being One with God, One with Self, One with All. This includes, partnering with nonprofits in mental health education and advocacy, prison reform, international ministerial training curriculum, and rain water harvesting and distributing. And RmhM’s impact is only beginning!
Meet The Leadership Team
Founding Minister/Board President and Secretary
Rev. Michelle Hubbard
Rev. Dr. Michelle Hubbard is the Founding and Lead Minister of Rev. Michelle Hubbard Ministries and its first ordained Minister. She was trained at Unity Church of Hawaii almost 20 years ago by Rev. Sky St. John and has also studied Religious Science, Buddhism, Judaism and metaphysical Bible interpretation. She believes and founded RmhM on the spiritual Truth of One with God, One with Self and One with All. She’s served on church Board of Directors and as Minister assistant, prayer chaplain, ministerial intern, and Youth Minister. Prior to moving to Hawaii, Rev. Michelle received her Juris Doctorate and worked in law firms in LA and Beverly Hills. Michelle is an international speaker, teacher and author and also works part-time in a skilled nursing facility in Santa Barbara.
Board Treasurer
Rev. Susan McIntire
Rev. Susan McIntire is an ordained Minister of Religious Science, and designs personalized ceremonies and gift rituals. Rev Susan has also served as a Spiritual Practitioner for 25 years. Susan is a certified “Happy for No Reason” trainer, and holds a B.A. in Journalism. She has served on many educational, non-profit and church boards, including Students for Self Esteem, Girls Inc., and she started the Santa Barbara Boat parade. Susan and her partner Brett live in Santa Barbara and enjoy traveling to nature spots and tending to their organic garden and bird sanctuary.
Ministerial intern
Rev. Carolyn
Rev. Carolyn Ballenger is a 30+ year Unity Truth student and has been a Prayer Chaplain for more than 17 years. She’s a New Thought Minister ordained through www.illli.org and has studied 7 World Religions, A Course in Miracles, Mastermind and Science of Mind. Carolyn is a spiritual writer and has rhymed her entire life, saying that her poetry saved her mental health. She now collaborates to create uplifting songs, meditations and videos about sharing the Truth of Oneness with God, ourself, and All That Is. We’re so grateful she’ll soon also be sharing her genius with Rev. Michelle Hubbard Ministries. Rev. Carolyn is most proud of leading the closing meditation in Jan. 2024, for the Spirit at Sea cruise with Karen Drucker accompanying her on international waters where she also shared her poem, Gratitude Creates Blessings which she offers here. She serves at First Unity Spiritual Campus at St. Petersburg FL.
